The beauty of rattan is not only in its natural colour, feel and looks, it is also in its characteristics. It grows for instance, in otherwise barren swamp areas and at an alarming rate of about 40 meters every year. We kept it uncoloured, and therefore not only at its
prettiest but also at its environmental friendliest. We choose to work with the slightly thicker Kubu rattan
for more style.

It’s the simplicity that gives chair Kubu its undeniable style. The black powder coated frame is ultra thin and very good looking with its thin legs and stylish support bars. Chair Kubu’s seat is made from a thicker rattan.
